The first and most important thing you need to get done before we start building your website is your brand identity, including these specific brand assets:

• Logo files (including a vector file and SVG or EPS files)
• Your brand color palette
• Your brand typography (fonts for headings, subheadings and body text)
• A selection of at least 15 professional quality images (both vertical and horizontal)

While there is no such rule that your branding needs to come from a professional brand or graphic designer and a photographer, we suggest considering this investment in your business before booking a website design project.

This is something we’re planning to do. At the moment, all projects require a 25% deposit to secure our design and development resources with the full balance being settled before your new website goes live.

No. We’re strictly a WordPress website design studio. Whilst both of the mentioned platforms have some amazing features and benefits, we haven't yet found a scenario where WordPress hasn’t been the best solution for designing and building websites for our clients.

If you’re worried about getting used to WordPress as a content management system – we hear you.  But. We have simplified our back ends (no more boring looks and so much simpler to use) as much as possible, and provide plenty of training and support to help get you started and keep you growing.

Another plus is the fact that we use a suuuper easy drag-and-drop visual page builder for WordPress called Elementor Pro, so most of your day-to-day content management will be very similar to Squarespace and Shopify too.

Yes, we handle hosting. But no to domains and emails. We host our clients’ websites in a secured environment  allowing us for better website monitoring, easier management and the easy ability to jump on any issues as quickly as possible.

We do not manage your domains or emails, and we recommend Google Domains and Google Workspace for this.

The quote for your website project includes the full design and build as well as technical support, website maintenance, and software licensing for the first 12 months. You are not obligated to any other costs with Whizzy Creative during that period, but we do offer website support and management packages if you’d like  for us to help your website grow with your business.

After that initial time (12 months) is up, you’ll need to pay for a minimum of your website hosting and software licenses. Depending of the size of your new website, this could be around £168 – £700 per year. We are available to provide an estimate specific to your business during your website analysis if you like!

Please note that you still would be responsible for managing your domain and your emails ( we always recommend sorting these through Google Domains as they’re generally the easiest to manage and cheapest).
